Nature of the Service
The Mobile Number Numerology Report is a personalized, manually prepared digital service. Each report is individually written by Ms. Surabhi Kapsime based on the specific mobile number and date of birth you provide. Because of this, significant time and effort goes into every report.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the personalized and digital nature of the report, we do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered to your WhatsApp number.
This is because:
- The report is custom-written specifically for your mobile number and date of birth
- Once delivered, the digital content cannot be "returned"
- Significant time and expertise is invested in preparing each report
When a Refund May Be Considered
We understand that exceptional situations arise. A refund or re-delivery may be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive your report within 48 hours of purchase
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
- The report was delivered to the wrong WhatsApp number due to an error on our part
In these cases, please contact us within 72 hours of your purchase with your order details.
Report Corrections
If you believe there is an error in your report (e.g., wrong number analyzed), please reach out to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your report. We will review and correct any genuine errors at no additional charge.
